EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan Revisions to Regulate VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP), which will regulate emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in accordance with the Federal Clean Air Act (Act). The approved revisions meet the Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements under the Act.
