U.S. Department of Energy Proposes Subsequent Arrangement for Uranium Fuel Transfer to Korea

The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to transfer 55,000 grams of uranium fuel to the Republic of Korea under the Agreement for Cooperation Concerning Civil Uses of Atomic Energy, citing that the arrangement will not be inimical to common defense and security, as mandated by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
