EPA Proposes Full Approval of Michigan's Operating Permits Program Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to fully approve Michigan's Title V Federal Operating Permits Program, a requirement under the Clean Air Act that mandates states develop and submit programs for issuing permits to major stationary sources and other eligible facilities.
