Copyright Office Requests Comments on Satellite Royalty Funds Controversy

The Library of Congress's Copyright Office is seeking comments from claimants of royalty fees collected in 2000 to determine if a controversy exists over the distribution of those fees, and parties who intend to participate in the proceeding may comment on a motion filed by the Public Broadcasting Service.
