Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service Seeks Comment on Review of Lifeline and Link-Up Service for all Low-Income Consumers

The Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service is seeking public comments on its review of Lifeline/Link-Up, two programs that provide affordable telecommunications services to low-income consumers, as mandated by the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
