EPA Exempts Motorcycles from Gasoline Tank Filler Inlet Restrictor Requirement

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has exempted motorcycles with emission control devices from needing a gasoline tank filler inlet restrictor, a requirement that was previously in place to prevent misfueling of leaded gasoline before December 31, 1995.
