Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Anticompetitive Teaming

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to add policy addressing exclusive teaming arrangements. The proposed amendments specify that certain exclusive teaming arrangements may evidence violations of the antitrust laws.
