FTA Authorizes Transfer of Maintenance Facility to City of Loves Park

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is permitting the City of Loves Park to acquire a maintenance facility from the former Loves Park Transit System, with no further obligation to the Federal Government, as the FTA is not interested in acquiring the asset for Federal use.
