SEC Grants Accelerated Approval for Integration of GSC and DTCC

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted accelerated approval for a proposed rule change by the Government Securities Clearing Corporation (GSC) and The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) to integrate their operations, enhancing the efficiency of government securities clearing and settlement.
