USDA Amends Oriental Fruit Fly Regulations to Quarantine San Diego County Area

The US Department of Agriculture is taking emergency measures to prevent the spread of the Oriental fruit fly by quarantining a portion of San Diego County, California, and restricting the interstate movement of regulated articles from the quarantined area.
