EPA Grants Final Authorization to Hawaii for Hazardous Waste Management Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Hawaii's hazardous waste management program, allowing the state to operate its program subject to certain limitations, following a review of its application under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
