Rural Utilities Service Proposes Rule Change to Prioritize Loans for Recently Merged Electric Companies

The Rural Utilities Service is proposing to grant the Administrator greater authority to prioritize loan processing for recently merged electric companies, allowing for more efficient lending to newly formed entities and increasing the number of borrowers eligible for loans.
