Secretary of Transportation Redelегates Powers to Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs

The Secretary of Transportation has transferred the authority to carry out aviation and international affairs duties previously granted by the President to the Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs, as per the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act.
