U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Concludes Certain Japanese Steel Producers Did Not Sell Products Below Normal Value During Specified Period

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily concluded that certain Japanese steel producers did not sell their products in the US at a price lower than their normal value during the specified period, and is now inviting comments on these findings. The review is being partially rescinded for companies that withdrew their review requests on time.
