National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection to Hold Public Meeting

The National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection will hold a public meeting on November 14-15, 2001, to review and discuss two key issues, including Retail Store Exemption and Modernizing Standards of Identity for Meat and Poultry Products, and will also consider written comments and suggestions from interested parties.
