FSIS Proposes to Eliminate Pizza Standards

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is proposing to amend the Federal meat inspection regulations to remove the standards of identity for 'pizza with meat' and 'pizza with sausage', in response to a petition from the National Frozen Pizza Institute (NFPI).
