FSIS Requests Public Comment on Draft Risk Assessment for E. coli O157:H7 in Ground Beef

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has released a draft risk assessment for Escherichia coli (E. coli) O157:H7 in ground beef and is seeking public comment and scientific peer review from the National Academies of Science to inform its revised strategy for reducing E. coli O157:H7 in beef.
