Office of Government Ethics Adopts Rule Amendment for Active Duty Military Personnel and Combat Zone Filers

The Office of Government Ethics has finalized a rule amendment allowing certain government agencies to extend filing dates for Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports for individuals serving in active duty military positions or in combat zones, following a Presidential declaration of national emergency.
