Merit Systems Protection Board Seeks Advisory Opinion on Reemployment Priority List Regulations

The Merit Systems Protection Board is requesting an advisory opinion from the Office of Personnel Management on the interpretation of regulations governing the Reemployment Priority List, and is inviting interested parties to submit amicus briefs on the matter.
