U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Changed Circumstances Reviews for Solar Cells from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce is issuing the final results of changed circumstances reviews of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on solar cells from China to revoke the orders, in part, with respect to certain CSPV cells. The decision affects the antidumping duty order on CSPV cells from China.
