U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review for Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products from Taiwan

The U.S. Department of Commerce is revoking part of the antidumping duty order on solar products from Taiwan, in response to a changed circumstances review, affecting certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells.
