EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for PRC Patterson Superfund Site in California

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an administrative settlement with Chevron Corporation and Chevron U.S.A., Inc. to address the removal of an above-ground storage tank at the PRC Patterson Superfund Removal Site in Patterson, California. The proposed settlement, which includes a covenant not to sue and contribution protection, aims to complete the removal action and cover approximately $900,000 in response costs incurred by the EPA so far.
