EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for PRC Patterson Superfund Site in California

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an administrative settlement with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) to address contamination at the PRC Patterson Superfund Removal Site in California, where ARCO will remove wastes from a storage tank and provide financial compensation to the EPA for response costs.
