Moratorium on New Applications to DOD Personal Property Program

The Department of Defense (DOD) has imposed a moratorium on accepting new applications to its Personal Property Program due to administrative workload, aiming to transition to a new electronic carrier qualification process. The moratorium is expected to last no more than one year.
