Imidacloprid Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established temporary tolerances for the combined residues of imidacloprid in almond nutmeat, almond hulls, and cranberries, in response to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The tolerances, which allow for the use of the pesticide on these crops, will expire on December 31, 2003.
