Proposed Settlement for Former Diller Battery Site in Des Moines, Iowa

The U.S. Agency for Environmental Protection has proposed a settlement with the City of Des Moines, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Polk County, and two individuals to recover past response costs for the Former Diller Battery site in Des Moines, Iowa, and to waive potential liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
