EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Westmoor Drive Site in Indiana

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement for past response costs at the Westmoor Drive site in Kokomo, Indiana, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). The settlement requires Helen Schifferi to pay $2,000 to the Hazardous Substance Superfund, in exchange for the EPA's agreement not to sue or take administrative action.
