EPA Approves Texas UIC Program Revisions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas Underground Injection Control (UIC) program administered by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC). The EPA will publish its decision in the Federal Register and in newspapers across the state, allowing the public to comment for 30 days, and will hold a hearing if there is significant public interest.
