Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad, Inc. Exempt from Trackage Rights Expiration

The Surface Transportation Board has granted Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad, Inc. an exemption to allow its trackage rights to expire, pending certification of two projects: a line-relocation near Kingman, Kansas, and a line-rehabilitation between Wichita and Kingman, via Conway Springs, Kansas.
