Mashantucket Pequot Tribe Liquor Control Code

This notice publishes the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe Liquor Control Code. The Code regulates the control, possession, and sale of liquor on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe trust lands, in conformity with the laws of the State of Connecticut, where applicable and necessary. Although the Code was adopted on January 5, 1999, it does not become effective until published in the Federal Register because the failure to comply with the Code may result in criminal charges.
