Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for South Subregion Natural Community Conservation Plan/Habitat Conservation Plan

The Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the comment period for the South Subregion Natural Community Conservation Plan/Habitat Conservation Plan in Orange County, California, to gather additional information necessary for a joint Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement, following a previously published notice with errors.
