VA Amends Adjudication Regulations to Allow Oral or Electronic Updates to Benefits

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is updating its regulations to enable beneficiaries to inform the agency of changes affecting their benefits through oral or electronic means, making it easier for them to submit required information and reducing the need for advance written notice in certain situations.
