EPA Releases Final Report on TCE and Related Chemicals Exposure

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Center for Environmental Assessment has released a final report on the sources, emission, and exposure of Trichloroethylene (TCE) and related chemicals, including 1,1,1-trichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, and 1,2-dichloroethylene. The report assesses the exposure to these chemicals and their metabolites, such as chloral and trichloroacetic acid, which are known to produce identical metabolites.
