U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Critical Circumstances in Indian Overhead Door Springs Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that critical circumstances exist with respect to imports of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from India, producers, and exporters, which may impact the countervailing duty investigation
