U.S. Department of The Army Publishes Second Record of Decision for Stratford Army Engine Plant Disposal and Reuse

The U.S. Department of The Army has released the second Record of Decision for the Final Environmental Impact Statement on the disposal and reuse of the Stratford Army Engine Plant in Stratford, Connecticut, in accordance with the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990.
