EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Gasoline Volatility Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a regulation requiring refiners, blenders, importers, and transferors of gasoline containing ethanol to report on gasoline volatility, with an expiration date of December 31, 2001.
