EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan for Houston/Galveston Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Texas one-hour ozone attainment demonstration State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Houston/Galveston nonattainment area, with an attainment date of November 15, 2007, and also published seven additional actions to support the attainment demonstration.
