EPA Makes White Paper on Boutique Fuels Available for Public Review and Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a staff white paper exploring options for reducing the number of unique gasoline fuel blends, also known as boutique fuels, and has announced its availability for public review and comment, following a directive from the President's National Energy Policy issued in 2001.
