EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Plan for Thomas Manufacturing Corporation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Maryland's State Implementation Plan, requiring the Thomas Manufacturing Corporation to implement reasonably available control technology to reduce volatile organic compounds in the Baltimore area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
