EPA Approves Montana Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision, Making Revisions Federally Enforceable
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Montana's State implementation plan (SIP) revisions for the Missoula City-County Air Pollution Control Program, which were submitted by the Governor of Montana on April 30, 2001. The revisions, which include changes to the program's authority, administration, and enforcement procedures, will be federally enforceable once approved.
