FCC Extends Reply Comment Period for Mobile Satellite Service Providers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has extended the reply comment period for a proceeding to explore proposals for bringing flexibility to the delivery of communications by Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) providers, at the request of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA) and Motient Services, Inc. (Motient).
