U.S. Government Designates November 2001 as National Family Caregivers Month

The U.S. government designated November 2001 as National Family Caregivers Month to recognize and appreciate the contributions of family caregivers. This designation was made to acknowledge the important role family caregivers play in providing care for elderly and disabled loved ones.
