EPA Extends Compliance Deadline for Large Municipal Waste Combustors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the standards of performance for large municipal waste combustors, allowing them to delay compliance with emission limits for carbon monoxide due to certain types of malfunctions, effective September 20, 1994, or for units modified/reconstructed after June 19, 1996.
