EPA Grants Delegation of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) delegation of specific national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAPs) as per the Clean Air Act of 1990, effective March 5, 2001.
