EPA Deletes Most of Tobyhanna Army Depot Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 3 has removed most of the Tobyhanna Army Depot Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), except for contaminated groundwater plumes at OU1 and OU5, which are still undergoing natural attenuation and long-term monitoring.
