US Department of Agriculture Updates Systems of Records for Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service

The US Department of Agriculture is updating three systems of records for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, combining them into one system and expanding routine uses, categories of records, and categories of individuals, while changing policies and practices for record storage and management.
