Rolls-Royce Issues Airworthiness Directive for RB211 Turbofan Engines

Rolls-Royce plc has issued an airworthiness directive requiring inspections and potential replacements of high-pressure turbine disks in certain RB211-535E4-37 and RB211-535C-37 turbofan engines, manufactured between 1989 and 1999, due to reports of cracks in the rim cooling air holes.
