US Textile Committee Designates Certain Apparel Articles for Quota-Free Treatment Under AGOA and CBTPA

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has determined that certain apparel articles made from US-rayon filament yarn cannot be supplied by the domestic industry in commercial quantities in a timely manner, and has designated these articles for quota-free treatment under the African Growth and Opportunity Act and the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act.
