DM&E Seeks Approval for Powder River Basin Expansion Project

The Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation is seeking authorization from the Surface Transportation Board to construct and operate new rail line facilities in Wyoming, South Dakota, and Minnesota, with the goal of expanding its rail line to coal mines in the Powder River Basin.
