EPA Extends Public Comment Period for National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants in Hydrochloric Acid Production

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for proposed national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants in hydrochloric acid (HCl) production facilities until December 19, 2001, in response to requests from the Chlorine Institute, Incorporated, and the Dow Chemical Company.
